Retrospection File in Use during upgrade on Vista

During an upgrade from a previous version of Retrospection on Windows Vista you may receive an message during the installation that states that Retrospection Server Proces ID XXXXX is in use. 
If you see this message you can:

1) Click "Continue" - you may see this message again and if so click continue again.  You may be asked to reboot your computer at the end of the installation.

2) Right mouse click on the Retrospection icon in the system tray and select “Exit” to close the Retrospection capture process then click on “Try again” in the installation program.
